Starting School in Foundation Stage
For children due to start in our Foundation Stage, applications can be made from November to January before the child is due to start in the following September. NB: Applications for September 2026 need to be made by January, 2026.
Our Foundation Stage class teacher will visit your child's pre-school setting during the summer term and children will have a chance to visit school as well.

15 and 30 hours of childcare
The current offer
In England, all parents and carers of 3 and 4 year olds are entitled to 15 hours per week childcare support with registered childcare providers. Eligible working parents and carers of children aged 3-4 can also get an additional 15 hours, bringing their total up to 30 hours per week.
Some parents may be eligible to 2 year old 15 hours childcare support, if they receive some additional forms of government support.

In year admissions
Our in year admissions are managed by North East Lincolnshire Council. Our PAN (Pupil Admission Number) is 30 in KS1 and 32 in KS2.
